I flash fried my leftover Taco Bell quesadilla after not being able to stomach all of last night’s overambitious order.
Oh my goodness! I used crisco because we happened to have a ton of that in my house right now, and the results were delicious. Nice crispy quesadillas with that crack-like cheese sauce I’m so addicted to oozing out the sides. All I’m missing is good salsa ‘cause we don’t have any in the fridge :(
